If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return it within 15 days of purchase. Before returning a rug you MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Rugs returned without a valid RAN are NOT eligible for refund. E-mail customerservice@jospehsrugs.com or call (888) 624-7847 to obtain the Return Authorization Number.
Shipping Address for returns: c/o JM Rugs 2865 El Camino Real Tustin, CA 92782 The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to the Joseph’s Rugs warehouse. We recommend using UPS or Federal Express, or any other reputable shipping company of this kind that allows tracking and insurance of the package. We do not accept rugs that have been soiled or damaged. All rugs must be returned in original condition – in the original packaging, or equivalent. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

REMINDER: Any items being returned to Joseph’s Rugs must have the Return Authorization Number. All merchandise without this authorization will be refused. The Return Authorization Number must be placed in a visible location on the outside of the packaging. Items returned with visible damage will be refused.
